For many people, myself included, life has drastically changed due to COVID-19.
So many of our expectations of what is normal and what our daily lives look like have been shifting.
I often write about lessons I’ve learned, or mindset shifts I have had in my own life. Writing about these things helps me to process them and I hope that by sharing them, they can make your life a little better as well.
Because so much is shifting so quickly, I’ve felt a little nervous to share my thoughts. In my daily life, I’ve found myself confidently declaring something to be true one day, only to find myself reversing my position the next day as more information comes to light.
Right now, I don’t have answers. As new information has shifted daily, I haven’t been able to find my footing long enough to definitively declare any “best practices”. Just like you, I am responding in real-time and doing my best to stay resilient and positive in this time.
I want to continue writing and sharing in the hopes of making sense of this new time for myself and connecting with you. As part of this, please know, I am writing in pencil right now. I fully expect my mind and outlook to change over time, just like the world around us that is changing.
My intention right now is to write frequent, short posts with whatever is resonating with me that day during this time of crisis. There are no perfect answers right now, but I hope that these posts resonate with you and provide encouragement, inspiration, or at the very least some entertainment/distraction for you. I’d love to hear your thoughts and connect with you as well. I don’t know exactly what “this” is, but I do know that we are in it together.
Sending all my best,
xo
